Water and Skin Care for Men

Saturday, September 01, 2007

Simple as it is, water is considered an important, indispensable component when it comes to a good man skin care. In fact, when it comes to acne care skin treatment, water is definitely an important component, together with simple chemical free cleanser or soap.

Water cleans the skin. Use any ordinary non-allergenic soap or cleanser with it and you are assured of your skin being cleansed of dirt, grime and dead skin cells.

Man skin care tip when it comes to washing your face: splash it with a little warm water as this will help in opening up your skin pores. Open pores will make it easier to remove the deep-seated dirt and grime on your skin.

And when you wash off your skin with the soap lather, it is best to use cold water in order to close down and tighten your pores back.

Another helpful man skin care tip is to consume the adequate amount of water – at least eight glasses a day.

Not only does our body need to have lots of water, but so does our skin. Plenty of water hydrates our skin effectively, making it moisturized and looking healthier, younger and wrinkle-free.
